Your ride photo and your privacy
What happens to the photo you send us from ROCO, and how to have it removed.
Who is responsible
INNTQ AB (org. no. 559294-4614) is responsible for the photo you send us and what we keep with it. Our address is Stallgatan 2, 343 34 Älmhult, Sweden.
What we keep
- Your photo. Its location and camera details are removed before it is stored, most often before it even leaves your phone.
- Your first name and the few words about your ride, if you add them.
- Which ROCO and centre the photo came from, and when you sent it.
- That you ticked the box to say we may show the photo, and when.
- For a day or two, a code made from your internet (IP) address with a secret key. We never store the address itself, and the code is not kept with your photo.
Why we keep it
- To show your photo on inntq.com, on the centre’s page and in the destinations map, once our team has checked it. You agree to this when you tick the box.
- To stop spam and abuse. The code made from your IP address lets us limit how many photos one person can send.
Who sees it
Our team checks every photo before it appears. Nobody else sees a photo we haven’t approved. Approved photos, with the first name and words that go with them, are on inntq.com for anyone to see.
We decide which photos appear. We may remove or replace any photo at our own discretion, and shorten or correct the first name and words that go with it.
Everything is kept in INNTQ’s own system. Vercel and Neon host it for us, in the EU, and may not use it for anything else. We don’t sell your photo or give it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
- If our team doesn’t approve a photo, it is deleted straight away. A photo nobody has checked after 30 days is deleted automatically.
- An approved photo, and what we keep with it, is kept until you ask us to remove it, unless we remove it sooner.
- The code made from your IP address is deleted within 2 days.
Children
Many of our riders are children. Only send a photo if you are in it yourself, or you are the parent or guardian of the children in it. If you are under 13, ask a parent to send it for you.
Your rights
You can change your mind at any time. Ask us to remove your photo and we will delete it within 7 days. You can also ask us what we keep about you, or ask us to correct it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your photo, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
To have a photo removed, contact us and tell us the centre, roughly when you sent the photo, and the first name or words you added, if any.
